Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ohmrx.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Please note that returns may be sent to the following address: Ivory Commerce LLC, 609 Metairie Road, #8251, Metairie Louisiana 70005, United States or a fulfillment center that will be provided.
Important Guidelines:
- All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item:
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards resolving it promptly.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
We regret that we cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, send an email to info@ohmrx.com and request for an exchange. Request will be reviewed and if approved, further instruction will be provided for the exchange.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ohmrx.com.
