Shipping policy

Shipping times are calculated from the moment an order is placed until it is shipped from our fulfillment center. Delivery times are calculated from the moment an order is shipped from our fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the buyer. As soon as an order is shipped, tracking information will be made available.

The shipping and delivery times outlined in the table below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the US. Please note that shipping and delivery times to other US states and territories, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, may be longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international purchases, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, and the shipping carrier is selected to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. It is important to note that international duties (custom charges and fees) are not included in the standard delivery rates of your order. These duties are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We recommend checking the cost of duties before placing your order. If you fail to collect your package due to non-payment of local customs, we will refund your purchase price less the original shipping and handling fees upon the return receipt of the unclaimed package. Your local post office may contact you regarding payment of any import duties and taxes.

WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
