Loyal Customer Testimonials: Here's What They Say

Keeps the sensor in Place

My grandfather and I have been using OhmRx patches for a year. There hasn't been a single day when we felt uncomfortable after applying these patches. OhmRx has become my grandfather's favorite brand.

Best Nail Care

Fungiblast's Nail Serum and Laser rescued my weak, brittle nails in no time. With its nourishing formula, my nails regained strength and shine within days. Now, I flaunt healthy nails with newfound confidence. If weak nails are your concern, Nail Serum and Laser is your ultimate solution.

A great deal!

If I could give Mouth Tape X 10 stars, I would, but unfortunately, it's a 5-star limit here. 👍👍👍👍

Great and durable

OhmRx patches work wonders for me. I used to use another brand before, but it was very uncomfortable, and its adhesiveness would wear off within an hour. I started using OhmRx patches just 6 months ago, and they are truly reliable

Update April 25 2024:I have continued to use these bandages since February and all but one have lasted the entire 14 days and were not coming off at all. The only time one fell off was on vacation after being in the ocean/pools very active and using LOTS of sunscreen and lotion. And that one lasted 10 days.I can go without a bandage over my sensor if I m just living my everyday life. There is a pretty serious little strip of adhesive on the bottom and around the base of it. I can pull hard and it will come off but it s not wimpy. It looks nicer to just have the little white disk than to have even the clear bandage. I don t like that the bandage collects lint around the outer edge from cloths sheets etc . It makes the bandage look dirty. But most bandages do that no matter what color or manufacturer. If you wear the same one for 2 weeks it s going to collect lint.I still won t take off a star. If I m traveling or doing things outdoors I need to protect my sensor or it will get knocked out. With insurance each sensor costs $37. This definitely protects it well and stays put.__________I chose Subscribe and Save and the total with tax was less than $17. There are 25 in the box so about $.68 each. You want to be careful but if you ruin a couple while learning you have plenty left. This box should last quite a while. I m new to this but apparently Abbott used to include some kind of adhesive cover to help protect the sensor. They don t anymore but there is adhesive on the bottom of the sensor..My first one of these bandages has been on for about 30 hours. I ve showered and lived my life normally. If my experience changes I will update my review. Overall I m happy so far. Many adhesives make my skin turn read and swell up. These have not. It s staying in place and shows no signs of falling off any time soon. My sensor is working exactly as it did when it was not covered. I don t love having a probe in or a bandage on my arm all the time but I m learning so much about how my body is impacted by food sleep stress hydration activity. No way to get this kind of data from finger sticks. They have value but this is so much better. You need to wash the area around your sensor and use an alcohol wipe before you put on a bandage. Even if you think you re clean you need to do this. If you don t you won t be happy with this or any of them. If you have someone to help you place it they re really easy to put on. But even if you don t take your time and think through it and you ll get it on there.I read a lot of reviews on this and similar products before purchasing these. I m addressing some of the complaints I saw.People said it s too hard to put on if you don t have help. It actually would be challenging to put on by yourself but it can be done if you just create a process that s logical. So while the complaint is valid nobody should be taking off stars for this. Unlike the pictures in the ads and TV commercials the FSL3 doesn t go on your bicep where it is easy to see and manipulate. It goes in your tricep--the back part of your upper arm. Seeing and manipulating it is challenging--mostly not a big deal except that you need to cover it. If you don t you re likely to damage it or knock it out of your arm entirely. No matter what bandage you buy you re only going to have one hand free to apply it.You can use 2 hands to prepare the bandage to be placed by your 1 free hand. Use a handheld mirror. Lay it on a counter or table then bend your arm up so that your wrist is next to your ear and hold your tricep area over the mirror. You should have really clear and close up view of your sensor. Use both of your hands to follow the instructions and get the bandage ready apply. From there you ll need to carefully place the bandage into your free hand so you can place it over your sensor using the mirror to guide you. Everyone s process will be a little different but I suggest sitting or standing where it s well-lit and you have space to lay out what you need and can be comfortable. You can do this without help.People complained that the bandage didn t stay on. If you don t clean and prep the skin first it won t stay on for very long. If you have oily skin you ll have to change it more often. That is also not the fault of the product or the manufacturer. No adhesive can stick to oil. That s why everyone should wash the area with soap and water then wipe with rubbing alcohol and let that dry for 10 seconds or so.People complained that it wasn t durable. It can t take banging into or scraping/rubbing across things. No it can t. If you have a sensor like this in your arm you have to make some changes so you don t destroy it. A bandage isn t going to make it life-proof. This or any bandage is only going to help protect it from falling out or being pulled out easily. You still have to be a little careful taking off your shirt drying off with a towel and try not to bang into things with that part of your arm....

You do not get the pastels that are advertised as the multicolor pack. That s why I bought it. But it s an assortment of dark colors instead black blue red green orange purple hot pink and tan. But they were easy to apply feels like it s stuck on well and they come with skin barrier wipes that I wasn t expecting.

Adheres for the first week then the edges start rolling up. If you roll over in bed when this starts it comes off more and more until you just have to take it off.Still better than nothing but better adhesive would be nice.

My husband uses it for covering his libre 3 sensor. It has been good because he s had a couple of the sensors fall off. It s waterproof as well. It s a great product.
